At the part right near the end of the stage, just past the second series of elevator platforms, there's a pipe that leads above ground so that you can tag the level flag. To get to the never-ending water level, play through most of world 1-2 and make sure that you have the Fire Power ability. How to Get to the "Minus World," World -1 They allow you to warp to worlds 2, 3, or 4. Run along the ceiling and you will reach an opening that drops you into a room with pipes. When you are almost even with the brick ceiling, jump from the elevator platform and to the right. Let the second set of platforms carry you toward the black top part of the screen, where your score is registered. You will reach two sets of elevator platforms.
